A bit of a misstep at first, but MORE than made up for!
I heard about Arroba Silver through the Lanterncast, and decided to order the Green Lantern #3349 ring because I loved the simple boldness of the Lantern icon by itself, set on a simple band. After placing my order, Rene was immediately in contact with me via e-mails to make sure my order was 100% correct, and I was instantly impressed by this. Most online vendors take a day or more to confirm the order, let alone make corrections & verify them. I was told to expect my ring within 15 days.
Just over a week later, the ring arrived & I was actually pretty disappointed in it. The ring was the correct size, but the Icon was significantly smaller than I'd expected. More importantly, it seemed hastily crafted. The Icon was misshapen & distorted, almost as if it had somehow melted in the sun, and the band itself was lopsided & offset. I emailed some pictures to Rene that night, asking to return the ring and to possibly exchange it for the Kyle Rayner (#3609) one. It cost more, but I was willing to pay the difference.
The next morning, Rene got back to me with a very nice apology and even offered to send me the Kyle Rayner ring at no charge! Again, I was told to expect delivery within 15 days. Two weeks later, the new ring arrived and it is VERY impressive! It's exactly as pictured on the site, the sculpting is elegantly done, and the detail is exceptional (particularly the texture pattern in the Lantern Icon itself.) I'm VERY happy with my purchase, and also VERY happy with the level of service offered here. If this is the kind of quality I can expect from Arroba's products & staff, I can see a number of Lantern Corps rings purchased from here in my near future. Thanks again Rene!

Lidia has been excellent in sorting out my problem with a ring I ordered that was too small. I had gone to a Canadian Jeweler who measured my 1st fingor and said it was a size 15. I have now been told that the size should have been 19 and Lidia said they would rep[lace the ring at no charge. Now this is a company who believes in reputation and customer satisfaction! I can assure you this will reap additional sales amongst my Brethren.

I just received the 2347 bracelet that I ordered from the website. As good looking the photos are on the website, the actual bracelet looks better. A few times after ordering, I sent several emails to Customer Service. Each one was responded to quickly and very courteously. And, the bracelet arrived faster than I expected. This is the second Arroba Silver ring I purchased as the first one was outstanding. This one is a great quality ring, not as sharp and defines as my first purchase, but still much better than anything I had seen anywhere else before. The enamel in the middle was sparingly filled, which produced a bowed in colored center. The metal work was good with a slight imperfection in the symmetrical detail of the facing of the ring. It's so slight you have to really look for it. Overall, an 8 out of 10, which still makes it a bargain to purchase.

I have looked for quite some time for a nice quality ring on the web and have finally found THE source for them.
The ring I ordered took about ten days to arrive. Came in a nice box. Opening it up I found a extremely well made ring. The detailing was sharp, there were no flaws and the ring was buffed up to a super polished surface. The inside area also is completely filled and buffed to a shine. The fit was perfect and comfortable. I will be placing an order for another ring.
If you are on the fence about purchasing one of these, you will do very well to make the leap with this one. :)

WELL I RECIEVED MY TWO RINGS. I HAD SED THE CUT OUT SIZING CHART. USED MY LARGEST (INDEX FINGER) FOR THE RINGS, THEY DIDN'T EVEN FIT ON MY LITTLE FINGERS. DO NOT RELY ON THE CHART. I originally placed an order for the ring on 28th August 2009.Similar to the previous testimony, shipping was never received at my original shipping address so I had to give a new shipping address where I eventually received the item (6 October 2009)
I too find it hard to believe it is not possible to track a shipment but as my item was eventually received in a very good condition I decided not to make this a big issue.
I would also like to mention that although shipping was delayed, I was in constant contact with the arrobasilver team who was very accommodating in responding to my queries.
Despite the long delay in receiving the item, I would still order again from them given the fact that, to my knowledge,they do supply a very unique product and one which is worth the wait to a true fan.

The ring is at the specifications that I requested, also the choice of a name instead of what is on it originally. The ring came in a little to big maybe a half size. The enamel is chipping and kinda just splashed all around to fill the negative areas. The silver in general is superb not a hairline scratch anywhere and pristine as glass.
